"Dancing With the Stars" pros Mark Ballas, 27, and Derek Hough, 28, have some new digs.
The guys, who have been friends since the days when the two teamed with Derek's sister Julianne Hough to form a kiddie dance trio, purchased a house together in Studio City, California, for $1.275 million. The listing on the real estate website Redfin notes that the 3,235-square-foot residence hadn't been on the market in 30 years before it was listed in November and officially scooped up by Ballas and Hough on Jan. 27.

The four bedroom, four bath abode features hardwood floors (better than carpet for practicing those routines!), two living rooms with a shared fireplace, a large open kitchen, skylights, a spa in one bathroom, and an impressive walk-in closet that will surely make Julianne jealous. There are French doors leading to the backyard, where there's a wraparound deck and pergola. The listing notes that the house, built in 1962, is "perfect for a family or a developer looking to modernize." (Or a couple of BFFs?)
