Justin Trudeau announces birth of third child, Haidrian

Justin Trudeau is a father for the third time.

Haidrian Trudeau was born just before 10 am EST Friday morning, weighing in at 8 pounds and 3 ounces.

"Welcome to the world, little Hadrian," Trudeau tweeted this morning. "Sophie is wonderful, Xavier and Ella-Grace couldn’t be prouder."

Trudeau, 41, married Sophie Gregoire in 2005. Together they have two children, Xavier James, born in 2007, and Ella Grace, born in 2009. Gregoire is a former model and Quebec television host.

Haidrian's birth comes on the 30th anniversary of the resignation Trudeau's father, Pierre, as prime minister. Justin was elected leader of the Liberal party on April 14, 2013.
