Lost cat is found sitting right beside its own missing cat poster

The latest cat to go viral may have once been lost, but has now managed to find its way into the hearts of countless on the Internet.

The image is akin to the Droste effect, where a visual repeats itself within an identical visual.

In the photo, a black and white cat blankly looks out a window while perched next to a Missing Cat poster of said blank-looking cat in the identical pose, taped to the window.

Look at the photo long enough and you might expect it to cave in on itself, infinitely.

Little is known about the cat, like how long it was lost, when it was found and why the owner hadn’t managed to find the time to take the poster down. Regardless, it’s certainly managed to be found, particularly throughout the world wide web.
