Man trying to create world’s largest Rubiks cube ends live stream in the worst way possible

Do you want to see seven months of tedious work disappear in a second?

YouTube user corenpuzzle began work in April attempting to create the largest Rubiks cube type puzzle in the world at 22x22 blocks respectively, with the current record holder being a 17x17x17 puzzle.

In the video, he explains the entire process, saying he started the project on a whim and printed out the hundreds of tiny individual pieces with his 3D printer, which took a whole month just to sort out.

The over hour long live-streamed video entails the final assembly of the cube, and if you had the patience or time to watch it, you’d see just how painstakingly long it must have been to create this monster.

Fast forward to about the 1 hour, 34 minute mark in the video as corenpuzzle tries to make the first rotation of his seven month creation:

The video has garnered over 1.3 million views since uploaded yesterday, with many in the comment section sympathizing with the young man.

This isn’t even the first time this has happened to him, a similar plastic explosion occurred in August mid-way through the project, though he picked back those pieces and continued to the end.
