Real-life doppelgangers: Twin strangers come face-to-face for the first time

Ambra, 23, lives in Fayetteville, North Carolina and Jennifer, 33, lives in Spring, Texas.

They’re separated by miles and a decade apart in age but these two identical strangers found each other after a website revealed that they are real-life doppelgangers.

Ambra, 23, lives in Fayetteville, North Carolina. Meanwhile her lookalike, Jennifer is 33 and lives in Spring, Texas.

The two are in no way related but were matched through Twin Strangers, a website that helps people find their doppelgangers using facial features including, face shape, eyebrow, eye and nose type.

The two were matched within five minutes after Jennifer joined the site.

“I just put in my parameters and there she [Ambra] was,” Jennifer said in the YouTube video.

In the video uploaded by Twin Strangers, the two meet face-to-face for the first time.

“When I finally met her [Jennifer] I was like ‘oh my goodness … she really does have my face,’” Ambra said in the video about the experience.

The two had their make-up and hair done for a photoshoot while wearing the same t-shirt. The result is two identical matched strangers.

Ambra was also introduced to Jennifer’s mother, who was shocked. She even asked Ambra if she was adopted.

“You so much like my daughter, your smiles are the same. How is this possible?” she said.

Twin Strangers was set up by Niamh Geaney from Dublin, Ireland, and her two friends in April this year. Geaney made headlines after she found her own two lookalikes online.
