Soccer Art defies physics with amazing tricks

A freestyle soccer team from Poland has released a video of its members' spot-on ball handling skills.

Soccer Art Team describes itself as a professional freestyle football group on its Facebook page. That's soccer here in North America, but what these players are doing can better be described as performance.

Their most recent video, Amazing Tricks 2, has been viewed more than 250,000 times on YouTube.

You have to wonder how many takes it took for some of these tricks to work out. For example, when one member bounces a small ball off the wall, hits a skateboard and then bounces directly into a cup. That's precision.

In another clip, a team member kicks the ball up then circles his leg around it two full rotations before it hits the ground. It's played back again in slow-motion, which is almost necessary to catch the speedy movement.

In a couple of the tricks, players don't even look at where they're throwing but somehow hit the target dead on. These soccer players could be basketball champs by the looks of it, too, they score baskets by bouncing the ball off their heads and kicking it up in a perfect arc.

Either these are talented performers or there's some Polish magic at play here.
