Teens film as they swing elderly woman around by her collar

Romanian newspaper headlines are declaring a recently uploaded YouTube video of teens spinning around an old woman "disgusting and shocking."

According to reports, a group of teens grabbed an old lady by her collar and swung her around in the streets south of Bucharest on April 3.

The National Post reports that one of the teens grabbed the unsuspecting elderly woman by the back of her bathrobe collar, and repeatedly swung her around while she screamed; the others filmed the whole thing on camera.

The woman, wearing an orange bathrobe and a headscarf, is so terrified that she can’t even move while the teen is spinning her around. She runs away screaming, but the laughing teenagers were relentless.

The teen then runs after her, grabs her again by the back of her collar, and spins her vigorously around for a second time.

According to police spokeswoman Claudia Burada, charges of ‘disturbing public order’ have been laid against the 17-year-old jerk who assaulted this poor old woman. He has been released pending a court hearing.
