Turkish Airlines fires flight attendant for being too sexy

She’s too sexy for her job.

Zuhal Sengul, 31, was fired from her job as a flight attendant at Turkish Airlines when video surfaced showing her prancing around a pool in a bikini.

It was deemed the last straw for the sexy stewardess, who previously appeared in low-cut tops and corsets in a series of Gothic-style photos for an Italian magazine.

The airline wants its staff to sport “Simple make-up, immaculate and in pastel colours, is preferred for staff working in the service sector,” according to a statement by Turkish Airlines.

The firing mirrors a change in Turkey towards “more conservative, more religious” values, according to the president of the airline’s labour union.

“This new guideline is totally down to Turkish Airlines management’s desire to shape the company to fit its own political and ideological stance,” he said, according to Metro.

According to the newspaper, Zuhal is a vegan campaigner who holds a black belt in karate.

The airline previously back-tracked on a decision to ban staff from wearing lipstick after being attacked on social media over the decision.
