Urban Outfitters may be the go-to store for any college-aged hipster. The American retailer, however, often finds itself in controversial, not-so-hip situations.

The latest? The Philadelphia-based company has inspired a slew of Twitter and Instagram posts poking fun at its often-inflated prices, with the hashtag #UrbanOutfittersBeLike. When one Twitter user posted a photo of Maya’s Marble Ponytail Holder, questioning the $8.00 price tag, the Internet quickly caught on, with posts mocking the company’s tendency to overprice normally-cheap items.

The retailer is no stranger to controversy. Earlier this year, the company was called out by the Anti-Defamation League (ADL) for selling a tapestry “eerily reminiscent” of the uniform worn by gay men at concentration camps during the Holocaust, reported The Washington Post.
