Anyone who saw the movie Step Up back in 2006 knows that Channing Tatum has got serious dance skills.

But just in case there are any doubts, the Magic Mike star proved himself once again while promoting his new film, Magic Mike XXL, during a Vanity Fair photo shoot.

He busts out seven iconic dance moves to the backdrop of Genuwine’s ‘Pony,’ and it’s so worth the watch.

The dances include the funky chicken, the running man, the hula, the robot, the twist, the pony, and most notably, ‘voguing.’

Tatum takes a step into the 80s with the last one as he channels his inner Madonna so flawlessly that it gives even her a run for her money.

During his Madonna stint, our internal thoughts are vocalized when you hear the woman behind the camera telling him, “Yes, honey work!”

The actor, whose new movie came out two weeks ago, is to appear on the magazine’s August cover that was shot by the legendary Annie Leibovitz.

Magic Mike XXL is a sequel to 2012’s Magic Mike that is inspired by Tatum’s real life experience as a stripper in Florida, Rolling Stone magazine reports.
