Woman traumatized after finding the selfie of a stranger in her home

A burgler in Denver entered a woman's home, didn't steal anything, but left a selfie of himself on her cellphone.

This selfie-taking burglar gives a whole new meaning to the word ‘creepy.’

A Denver woman was putting her children to bed around 9:30 p.m. on January 29 when an unknown man entered her home and used the woman’s cellphone to snap a quick photo of himself. He left without taking anything. The woman never even knew he was in her home until the next day when she found the photo on her phone. Have you got chills yet? The worst part is, police cannot identify or find this man.

Although many others who have seen the photo do not recognize the man, neighbor Richard Gardner says he certainly does.

“He doesn’t have glasses when you normally see him walking down the street. Maybe they’re a disguise. I don’t know,” he says.

Gardner says there is a nearby park that attracts some strange people. He says he doesn’t even take his kids there because there are just too many strangers lurking around.

Police are convinced the man came in through the back door, took the selfie, and left. For what reason? To become the creepiest man in Denver? Mission accomplished, buddy.
