Royal Canadian Mounted Police say they have made arrests in connection to a potential terrorist plot in British Columbia.

RCMP says it will provide details about arrests made as part of a "national security investigation," dubbed Project Souvenir.

The investigation was coordinated by the RCMP-led Integrated National Security Enforcement Teams, a counter-terrorist force established in the wake of the Sept. 11, 2011, terror attacks in the United States.

More details are expected to be revealed at a press conference at 11 a.m. PDT.
