Ducks help deliver mail at nursing home

Every couple of weeks, Peeper and the Pipettes, fluffy 8- and 6-week-old ducklings, help volunteer mailman Steve Score, 53, deliver the mail at Emmanuel Nursing Home in Detroit Lakes, Minnesota.

Unlike the bills Score often delivers, these bills make a lot of noise. The ducklings were named after their signature sounds, with Peeper peeping and the Pipettes piping behind her as they make their rounds.

"I bring these bills and throw theirs away," laughed Score.

The fluffy yellow birds waddle after Score, their "mom," cheering up residents in the home. (The ducks do slow down the route a little, but residents enjoy the entertaining delivery method too much to mind.)

"I get to interact with them and the residents, so it's a plus all the way around," Score told CNN.
