Bianca Fazey posted an ad on the online market place to find the mystery man she met last year who, unbeknownst to him, is now a father to baby boy Logan.

The 25-year-old found out she was expecting after a night of passion with a stranger she met in Perth’s Amplifier Capitol bar last April.

After five fruitless months attempting to locate him, the graphic design student wrote an unconventional ad on Gumtree to let the father of her child know he has a son.

The only information Bianca has to go on is that his name is Jeremy (although his mum calls him Jeremiah), he lives in the Perth suburb of Morley and has a fly in, fly out job – a common contract used by Australia’s mining companies that fly workers out to job locations for weeks at a time.

Bianca describes Jeremy as “handsome, about 5ft 7ish, in his 20s, brown hair, brown eyes, no tattoos, very friendly and lovely gentleman”.

Unfortunately the mum-of-one has been subjected to a barrage of online abuse since posting the ad, with trolls labelling her a bad mother.

“I'm so appalled at comments that I am a bad mother and 'god help my child'. It makes me sick that people can judge so quickly off something that is 500 words long,” she wrote on Facebook.

“It was sad to see people saying I should get an abortion, those were the only comments that hurt,” Bianca told the Daily Mail Australia.

“Society is still hating on women who choose to keep pregnancy outside of a relationship.

“I was more mad at the amount of women (mums included) saying I shouldn't go through with it.”

The new mother was diagnosed with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) in 2011 and told she may never naturally conceive.

PCOS symptoms include irregular periods, problems losing weight and acne as well as fertility issues and is also linked to diabetes and heart disease.

“All I can say is I chose to go ahead with the pregnancy because I didn't think I could have children,” she said.

“Even though I knew this guy had disappeared I didn't want to give up my chance and I'm so grateful I didn't.”

Baby Logan made a traumatic entrance into the world as doctors spent 30 minutes trying to resuscitate him when he was born in January.

Thankfully, the two-month-old is now a healthy, happy baby with a devoted mother who is determined to raise him with or without the help of his father.

“I love this beautiful boy with all my heart and I am a fantastic mother, he is strong, smart, happy and very, very loved!”
