Dance like no one is watching.
That's what Tia Ewing, an anchor for Fox's KTXL affiliate in Sacramento, Calif., thought she was doing at 4:15 a.m. on Friday when she was caught on camera boogying to Beyoncé's "Single Ladies (Put a Ring on It)" during a commercial break.
Ewing's Fox 40 colleagues surreptitiously taped the impromptu performance and played it back for her on the air.
"They caught me, BUSTED!" she wrote on Twitter. "Let's hope this doesn't go viral!"
Ewing then posted the footage on YouTube.
"I gotta get it where I can get it," she later said on the air. "I just didn't know the camera was rolling."
