Drake and Guy Fieri cook up a bromance in Toronto

Drake sure seemed to have a good time with Guy Fieri in Toronto this weekend.

The Canadian "Show Me a Good Time" singer was photographed with the Food Network star on Saturday before making a surprise appearance on stage with Justin Bieber later that night. Drake's official fan site posted the photo on Instagram, showing the 26-year-old Torontonian in white chef coat (and rubber gloves) mixing up what looked like marinated meat as Fieri looked on.

Later, Canadian Food Network chef Michael Smith posted a more relaxed photo himself having drinks with Fieri and Drake. Smith was one of the chefs who participated in the third annual Chef's Challenge For a Cure fundraiser, which Fieri hosted on Saturday at the Fairmont Royal York (the winner was Chef Lynn Crawford).

"Just a couple chefs hanging out late night with some singer dude> some times I gotta pinch myself to make sure I'm still dreaming!" Smith wrote on Instagram.

Neither Drake nor Fieri further explained their get-together (though sites like Gawker, Vulture and Complex mockingly filled in the blanks), but the latter was known to be in town last week shooting his series, "Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives." And it appears Drizzy is set to be on the show as well.

On Sunday, Drake's manager, Ryan Silverstein offered this tweet: "Epic night with @GuyFieri and @Drake," along with the hashtag #DinersDriveinsandDives, suggesting the meeting had something to do with the show.

Fieri landed in Toronto on Tuesday, and before hosting the Challenge, he reportedly took his film crew to six restaurants, including The Stockyards: Smokehouse and Larder, Rosedale Diner on Yonge, Caplansky's, Lakeview, and Hey Meatball.
