"Hello November," indeed!
After throwing a huge Halloween bash on Wednesday night, Rihanna greeted the new month (and her legions of Instagram followers) with a half-naked self-portrait. Covered mostly by a white duvet, remnants of the night before are visible in her faded eye makeup, a green veil, and a tiara she wore as part of her all-green costume. (Was she a tree? We'll never know.)
"The morning after! Hello November," Rihanna wrote underneath the vintage-looking pic.

The 24-year-old "Where Have You Been" singer's party was a star-studded success, attracting Paris Hilton and boyfriend River Viiperi, Lindsay Lohan, fashion designer Christian Audigier, comedian Kevin Hart -- and, of course, rumoured on-again flame Chris Brown, who was dressed in a "terrorist" costume. (But his mom thinks it's OK, so it's cool, right?)
Not in attendance was Rihanna's former flame and good friend, Drake -- though he did make an appearance, sort of. Reports say that even though Rihanna explicitly asked that no Drake tracks be played at her party, the DJ put on his song "The Motto," at which point, RiRi and Breezy continued to dance, kiss, and even sang the song to each other.
"I guess she and Chris didn't want to make a scene so instead, they danced to it. And they rapped the song word for word. I don't think Drake was an issue at all between them," a source told HollywoodLife.com, adding that Rihanna was all over Brown throughout the night and even patted his head like a puppy whenever she stood up.
If this is true, their song and dance number tells us many things. First off, it adds further fuel to the rumours that the couple is officially back together, despite Brown still serving a sentence for assaulting Rihanna in 2009. It also means that we have a winner in the feud between Breezy and Drizzy, which came to a head in June when the two and their entourages brawled at a NYC nightclub.
But probably what's most telling is Rihanna's asking for no music by Drake to be played. Because she's a former collaborator with the 26-year-old Toronto rapper, Rihanna must at least enjoy his music, right? It might have been a decision made out of respect for her newfound relationship with Brown, but if she can't even listen to Drake's music at her party, where does that leave their (former?) friendship? Drake, after all, has stood by Rihanna throughout the Chris Brown ordeal. The guy literally fought for her! It's sad to speculate that Rihanna may have chosen to end a relationship of any kind with the "Take Care" rapper.
It looks like the end of this Hollywood fairy tale, because apparently, Rihanna has chosen the "Rude Boy" over Prince Charming.
