To all the kids ever caught on camera reacting to a family trip to Disney World: We think Kristen Bell has beat you in the drama department. The actress had a mental breakdown just thinking about her 31st birthday surprise, and shared home footage with "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" today.
Bell told the funny talk-show host that her fiancé, "Parenthood" star Dax Shepard, decided to introduce her to a real, live sloth for her birthday. Bell, who admits to being obsessed with the animal, became so gosh darned excited when she realized what Shepard had in store that she couldn't handle the sudden surge of emotion.
"My entire life had been waiting for this moment, where I would get to interact -- I'm serious! -- with a sloth," said the "House of Lies" star.
The actress continued, "I start to have a full-fledged panic attack. I don't know how to compete with all this emotion, so I just kind of crawl up on the bed, and I'm crying so hard."
And for those who thought Bell was exaggerating for TV purposes, the actress even shared home video of her meltdown. It's official: We want Kristen Bell to be our super BFF.
