Body found at Odis Spencer Stadium in East Columbus. Officials seek help to ID victim

A unidentified body has been found on the grounds along the fence-line of Odis Spencer Stadium in East Columbus, according to officials.

Columbus police said they responded to the call around 1:24 p.m..

Muscogee County Coroner Buddy Bryan said the deceased is a black male who appears to be in their mid-50s and is around 5 feet, 8 inches tall.

Bryan said the individual has a broken-heart tattoo with what appears to be a fence in front of it on the left side of their chest.
