This Body Lotion Has Been a Game Changer for My Dry-AF Skin
You know how intense LeBron James is about basketball? That's how I am about my body care. I'm telling you, my love runs deep. Like, my facial skincare routine is about three steps max, but when it comes to the skin below my neck, I go all out. So when I tried celebrity tattoo artist Dr. Woo's new Revitalizing Body Moisturizer, I knew I'd hit the jackpot. It takes a lot to impress me—especially when it comes to lotions—and this one checks off every damn box. The texture is unmatched.
When it comes to the feel of this lotion, it actually leans more like a lightweight serum than a heavy-duty cream. There's no shine, no stickiness—in fact, it kind of feels like nothing at all (in, like, a really good way). After applying it, you could slip on a pair of skinny jeans or slide onto a vinyl couch without any unpleasant friction.
Don't get confused, though—it might be featherlight, but trust me, the formula gets the job done. When I first tried it, I was lowkey shook. It's delicate, but it doesn't feel paper thin. And it layers right onto my body and disappears without a trace. The only sign that it was even there in the first place? My hella-hydrated skin.
Usually, once the temps start to drop in NYC, I find myself reaching for thicker creams to keep any scaly skin at bay. But this one layers just as well as those heavyweight options—my skin's thirst for moisture is quenched, no matter how cold it is outside. A lotion that I can use year-round is something that's far and few between, IMO.

Another reason I'm so into this lotion? I have four tattoos, one of which is a fine-line script that lives on my neck. Not that I just throw any random cream on my other tattoos, but they're in spots that are less delicate—ribs, wrist, back. Your skin on your neck is way more fragile, and if you don't take care of it correctly, it can start to blur and fade as you age. I didn’t really know exactly what to put on my neck tattoo that wouldn't ruin it, so I'd rub a baby lotion on it and call it a day. Now, I reach for this super-hydrating moisturizer, layering it on my ink and gently massaging it in.
