Brad Pitt to the rescue.

Pitt, 52, came to the aid of a young girl who was apparently in danger of being crushed after getting stuck in the middle of a rowdy crowd on Monday.

As Pitt walked down to greet fans while filming scenes in the Canary Islands for his upcoming World War II film Allied, the actor noticed the girl who was seemingly getting pushed up against the fence by the crowd. After pointing her out, Pitt and two bodyguards worked to lift her over the fence and away from the fan frenzy.

In a video of the incident, Pitt is seen comforting the girl, rubbing her head and talking to her as they worked to lift her out of danger. Once she is on the other side of the fence, the girl can be seen crying as Pitt stands by her side until medics arrive.
After the girl appears to be safe, Pitt waves once more to the fans before walking away.

Allied hits theaters Nov. 23.
