‘Breaking Bad’ Teacher Busted After Quitting Job To Make Crystal Meth

Did he think he was Walter White?

A Chinese teacher has been busted Breaking Bad - after he quit his job to make crystal meth.

The man, named only as Lumou, reportedly resigned from his post as admissions director at a vocational school in 2012.

He then allegedly began to manufacture and sell large quantities of the illegal and highly addictive drug.

The educator managed to keep his illicit activities on the downlow for almost three years, it’s reported.

But police got wind of the king-pin’s money-making scheme around six months ago after infiltrating an online deep web site.

He was finally arrested at his 3-bedroom apartment in Hechi, Nanning, on September 28, reports Shanghaiist.

Some 31.5 kg of meth was discovered, alongside 185 kg of toxic chemicals used in the cooking process, inside the property.

While Lumou did not have a terminal illness such as the one suffered by the lead character in the smash hit AMC show, police said he was “obsessed” with making money from his trade.
