  • Brie Larson goes hard in the gym, but this time, she's mixing things up with a fan new workout class.

  • The actress, 32, opted for a pole dancing workout, and her toned abs and arms were on full display as she posed for a picture on the pole.

  • Brie works with a nutritionist to meet all her nutrition goals and keep her fueled for those intense workouts.

Brie Larson is no stranger to the gym, but she is a newbie when it comes to pole dancing workouts. The 32-year-old Captain Marvel star showed off her seriously toned body during a new workout class that involves, well, pole dancing.

“Made an im-POLE-sive decision to try a new workout class,” Brie captioned a set of photos of her on the pole, which also showed off her seriously ripped abs and legs.

Brie’s followers loved seeing her try something new and chimed in with positive comments. “A-pole-lutely impressive, Brie!🤷♂️🤷♂️” wrote one follower. Another added, “Brie what cant you do." And TBH, I agree.

This kind of workout really works your lats, but it's truly a full-body workout. If you need a quick tutorial, J Lo has got you.

It's clear Brie is toned AF (have you seen her in Captain Marvel??), and it comes from putting in some serious work at the gym. Brie shares a lot of her routines for us to follow along, and a sweat sesh with her is no joke.

Brie does a lot of weighted squats, kettlebell squats, and planks with added weights. She's also known for setting fun and intense workout goals for herself. And can we talk about these one-armed pull-ups? Queen of upper body strength!

She also does push-ups with chains wrapped around her waist for extra weight, you know, as one does.

Though Brie is definitely grinding it out in the gym, she also works with a nutritionist to stay meet her health and wellness goals, and to fuel her body for those workouts. Her nutritionist Dr. Philip Goglia shared a bit about the star’s diet with People.

Brie starts her day with a teaspoon of almond butter and all-fruit jam or preserves before she works out. “The most recent science has shown that a little bit of fat and a little bit of simple sugar will actually increase intensity rate while you train early in the morning,” Goglia said.

He also shared that her go-to post-workout meals include protein shakes and eggs. Brie also eats smaller portioned snacks like fruit afterward. For lunch, she likes to prepare chicken with veggies and has two more "bridge meals" before dinner. She'll also eat more fruit after dinner.

Now if you’ll excuse me, I’m going to go source some heavy chains for my next set of push-ups.
