Brighton residents asked to use provincial system to book vaccines

·1 min read

The Municipality of Brighton is reminding residents who are eligible to receive a COVID-19 vaccine to use the provincial booking system.

People born in 1951 or earlier must book an appointment by using the provincial booking system at https://covid-19.ontario.ca/book-vaccine/ or by calling 1-888-999-6488. The health unit cannot book appointments on a resident’s behalf, the municipality noted.

Additional clinic appointments are added to the provincial booking system as more COVID-19 vaccines arrive here.

The vaccination clinics are based out of the Cobourg Community Centre (CCC) at 750 D’Arcy St. in Cobourg and at the Trent Hills Emergency Services Base at 50 Doxsee Ave. in Campbellford.

In Cobourg at the CCC, more clinics dates and times are being added to the provincial booking system.

In Campbellford, clinic dates and times will be added to the provincial booking system in the coming weeks.

A few select pharmacies in the area are offering vaccines. They include:
