Sophie married Prince Edward on June 19, 1999, at St. George's Chapel in Windsor Castle, now a favorite spot for royal weddings.

According to People, the bride "wore a sleek, sophisticated coat dress in ivory silk inlaid with 325,000 beads by designer Samantha Shaw, along with a black-and-white pearl necklace designed by her fiancé." Meanwhile, Sophie apparently gave Edward "an 18-karat gold pocket watch" as a wedding gift, which is seriously romantic.
