Britney Spears is coping with her recent heartbreak the best way she knows how: through dance.

The "Circus" singer shared a video Wednesday via Instagram of herself dancing in her home.

"I’m definitely going through something in my life at the moment … and music 🎶 helps me so much just to gain insight and perspective," she wrote in the caption.

In the clip, which she said she shot in March—before she knew she was pregnant—Spears is seen wearing tiny blue shorts and a highlighter-yellow sports bra, her hair up in a messy ponytail.

"I shot this 2 months ago but when I look back, each song I danced 💃🏼 to gave me a different feel … a different mood … a different story to tell … and I’m thankful for that escape … this song is pretty spiritual and I really enjoy dancing to it 🌹 !!!" she wrote.

The star looked happy as she danced to "Halo" by Beyoncé.

"Psss I know I’m dramatic and feeling myself 😳😳😳🙄🙄🙄 but is it believable 😳😳😳 ???" Spears added.

Spears and fiancé Sam Asghari first revealed that they were expecting their first child together this April. At the time, the singer and mother of two voiced how excited she was to expand her family with her husband-to-be. But this past weekend, the duo shared the sad news that they lost their baby.

"It is with our deepest sadness we have to announce that we have lost our miracle baby early in the pregnancy. This is a devastating time for any parent. Perhaps we should have waited to announce until we were further along. However we were overly excited to share the good news," they wrote in a joint statement shared on both of their accounts.

Asghari also spoke out earlier this week via his Instagram Story.

"We have felt your support. We are taking things positively and moving forward with our future. It's hard but we are not alone," he wrote. "Thank you for respecting our privacy. We will be expanding our family soon."
