New Brunswick not so lucky: Flurries and cloudy skies on the way

There won't be a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow today, but the province can expect mild flurries and cloudy skies.

Light westerly winds are also expected throughout the day.

St Patrick's Day revelers can expect light winds and temperatures around –10 C tonight.

Brennan Allen, a CBC meteorologist says things are looking up for part of the weekend.

"Thanks to the clearing from the night before, Saturday looks to be a sunny day across the Maritimes with relatively light winds, making for an excellent day weather wise."

Allen says more cloud cover is expected on Sunday with the chance of more snow on the way.
