New Brunswick remains under a burn ban

New Brunswick is remaining under a burning ban for another day because of dry conditions in the forests.

The Department of Natural Resources says there are currently two fires burning across the province.

There have been 33 fires so far in 2015, which have burned 29 hectares.

The prohibition on burning is valid until 2 p.m. on Tuesday, when it will be re-evaluated.
