Woman, 37, dies after being hit by truck in Pointe-aux-Trembles
Montreal police say a 37-year-old woman has died after being struck by a truck in Montreal Wednesday afternoon.The woman was struck at the intersection of Sherbrooke and Robert-Chevalier streets in Pointe-aux-Trembles.She was seriously injured and later died in hospital.The driver of the truck, a 61-year-old man, was arrested. The accusation of impaired driving could be among other charges submitted to prosecutors, police say.Montreal police are still investigating.
