Calgary arts and entertainment: What to do this weekend
Calgary's arts scene has something for every mood this weekend from short films to bite-sized opera.

1. Take in the theatre
Everybody Knows this is Nowhere is a work of theatre being performed at Theatre Junction Grand from Feb. 27 to March 7 at 8 p.m.
2. Bite-sized opera
Cowtown Opera presents an afternoon of Popera on March 1 at 2 p.m. at the Jack Singer Concert Hall.
3. Film festival
The $100 Film Fest runs from Feb. 26–28 at the Engineered Air Theatre. Show times vary.
4. Good for a laugh
Tom Arnold at the Laugh Shop at Hotel Blackfoot, Feb. 27–28, 7 p.m. and 10 p.m. both nights.
5. Ready to rock?
Cowpuncher is playing at the Gateway at SAIT on Feb. 27 at 8 p.m.
