Canada will appeal Alberta ruling on environmental impact law: Trudeau

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau says his government will appeal a decision of Alberta's top court finding the federal environmental impact law is unconstitutional. The law lists activities that trigger an impact review and allows Ottawa to consider the effects of new resource projects on a range of environmental and social issues, including climate change.
