Canada to build a countrywide early learning and childcare system: Trudeau

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau said on Friday the government is building a countrywide early learning and childcare system – a plan that aims to cut fees in half by the end of 2022 and in five years, reach an average of $10 a day of care across the country.
