Canada election: Trudeau sees opioid crisis in Canada as a health, not a legal issue

When asked about Canada’s ongoing opioid crisis on Tuesday, Liberal Party Leader Justin Trudeau said if re-elected, his government would treat this as a health issue versus a legal issue. He also said he would work with provinces to combat the problem, and that there’s no one “silver bullet” solution in his opinion.
