Canada ‘extremely disappointed’ with new U.S. tariffs on softwood lumber: Freeland

Leader of the official opposition Erin O’Toole questioned Finance Minister Chrystia Freeland during Thursday’s question period on the recent tariffs imposed by the U.S. government on the softwood lumber industry. Freeland called the U.S. decision “unfair” and said she was “extremely disappointed” by it.
