Canada’s Rapid Housing Initiative falling behind

There are still concerns for many Canadians who can’t afford a home, but in 2020, the federal government invested billions in a rapid housing project aimed at helping them. In its initial stages, more than 10,000 affordable housing units were approved across Canada to be built within 12-18 months. Yet, as of November, less than 1,500 are completed. Alicia Draus has more.
