Canada shifting vaccine distribution plan as supply begins to outstrip demand

Brig.-Gen. Krista Brodie says Canada is pivoting its vaccine program to minimize waste and donate excess doses as vaccination rates slow and provinces can't use all the doses now arriving. Brodie says two million doses are already being held in reserve by Ottawa.
