Canada's lawyers in Kabul caught in backlog as Ottawa stalls on immigration

Lawyers in Kabul who represented the Canadian embassy are losing hope that they'll be able to leave Afghanistan, as Ottawa works on processing a backlog of immigration applications from the country.
