New record-breaking roller coaster at Canada's Wonderland

On May 3, visitors to Canada’s largest theme park will get to experience the world’s faster, tallest and longest dive roller coaster in the world.

The record-breaking Yukon Striker is the newest addition to the park, which features a 90-degree drop into an underwater tunnel. The roller coaster is 75m tall, 1,105m long and reaches 130km/h. It also has a 360-degree loop, in case the drop isn’t thrilling enough for you.

The coaster is the main attraction at the park’s new attraction area called Frontier Canada. The concept for this zone was initially conceived for the Canada’s Wonderland opening in 1981, featuring gold-rush themed attractions.
