Cargo vessel partially submerged off Yemen after being hit by Houthi attack

Footage broadcast by Yemen TV has shown the Rubymar, a Belize-flagged ship, partially submerged near the Hanish Islands in the Red Sea on Monday, Feb. 26. The British-registered cargo vessel was attacked by Houthi rebels on Feb. 18 while sailing through the Bab el-Mandeb Strait that connects the Red Sea and the Gulf of Aden, the U.S. Central Command said.
