Cashew White Chocolate Cookies Recipe

Cashew White Chocolate Cookies Ingredients: 2-1/4 cup Flour, sifted 1-1/4 tsp Baking Soda 1/2 tsp Cornstarch 1/4 tsp Salt 3/4 cup Brown Sugar, packed 1/2 cup Sugar 10 oz Butter, melted 1 tsp Vanilla 2 Eggs 6 oz White Chocolate Chunks 8 oz Cashews Combine Flour, Baking Soda, Cornstarch and Salt, whisk well & set aside. Cream together Brown Sugar, Sugar and Butter. Add Vanilla and one Egg at a time. Incorporate Flour Mixture in batches. Fold under White Chocolate Chunks followed by Cashews. Cover Batter with Plastic and refrigerate 1-2 hours. Preheat Oven 350° F Line Cookie Sheet with Baking Mat or Parchment Paper Use Ice Cream Scoop to portion (14) large Cookies. (bake in batches) Bake 12-14 Minutes. Rest for 10 Minutes on Cookie Sheet. Cool completely on Wire Rack. Enjoy!
