Demi Lovato’s friends are sending the singer well wishes after she was reportedly rushed to a Los Angeles hospital following an apparent heroin overdose on Tuesday afternoon.

Shortly after TMZ broke the news, singer Ariana Grande tweeted her support, writing, “i love u @ddlovato.”

Ellen DeGeneres also shared her love for the 25-year-old singer, writing, “It breaks my heart that she is going through this.” She added that Lovato is “a light in this world.”

Country singer Brad Paisley, who worked with Lovato on their 2016 single “Without a Fight,” wrote that he is praying for her and that addiction is a “terrifying disease,” while many other celebrities also tweeted kind words to Lovato.

Fans of the “Tell Me You Love Me” singer showed their support through the quickly trending hashtags #PrayForDemi and #StayStrongDemi.

Lovato had recently released her song “Sober,” in which she admitted to falling off the wagon after six years of sobriety. She has long battled addiction, mental illness, and disordered eating. In 2011 she entered treatment for bipolar disorder, bulimia, self-harm, and addiction. She relapsed after leaving treatment and then lived in a sober living facility for a year.

Lovato was transported from her home in Hollywood to the hospital, where she is “stable,” according to People.
