Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins has crowned not one, but two winners of this year's series.
Tonight's finale (May 25) saw the six remaining famous faces – former heavyweight boxing champion Tony Bellew, reality star Joey Essex, Rudimental DJ Locksmith, Hollyoaks actress Nikki Sanderson, TV presenter Helen Skelton and Paralympian Lauren Steadman – undergo the final stage of the intense SAS selection process.
Over the course of 48 hours, the celebrity recruits were subjected to the brutal interrogation phase of the process, which saw them face an onslaught of horrendous torture techniques, such as being doused in freezing cold water, forced to listen to anxiety-inducing noises while held in captivity and being shouted at by an angry bald man.
And, by the time it was all over, Locksmith and Lauren Steadman were the only recruits chief Instructor Ant Middleton deemed worthy of passing the course.
Viewers immediately took to Twitter to praise the two successful recruits, who barely had time to look happy about their win.
"@LaurenSteadman you're truly incredible, absolutely loved watching you on SAS and congratulations on passing the course you totally deserve it!!" tweeted one person.
Another wrote: "Well done to @Locksmith so humble and gracious in victory. And also the best line of the series 'I'm eating cake. In a caravan. In Scotland. I'm from Hackney. This shouldn't be happening'."
