CFIA to ban imports of commercial dogs from 100 countries with high risk of rabies
The Canadian Food Inspection Agency is following in the footsteps of the U.S., and is banning the import of commercial dogs from 100 countries with a high risk of rabies. As Kayla McLean reports, the ban includes those brought in by rescues and defines commercial dogs as those that are for sale, adoption, fostering, breeding, and show or research.
