“The Challenge”'s Kam Williams and Leroy Garrett Welcome Baby No. 2, Daughter Aria: 'Worth the Wait' (Exclusive)
The couple were surprise to learn the sex of baby No. 2 at birth
Kam Williams and Leroy Garrett officially have a family of four!
The Challenge stars have welcomed their second baby together, a rep for the couple confirms to PEOPLE exclusively.
The couple welcomed daughter Aria Lee Garrett on Saturday, Feb. 24, at 7:24 p.m. in Houston, Texas, they share. Baby Aria was born weighing 7 lbs., 10 oz. and measuring 20½ inches long.
"All signs pointed to 'Aria,' " the couple tells PEOPLE of their little girl's name.
"It was a name both of us found beautiful and when we met her we knew that the name was the perfect fit. Our family helped us narrow down the name out of three picks, and they all went with that name as well."
The newborn's middle name continues the tradition of honoring Garrett in their kids' names. "Both of our children have Leroy’s nickname, Lee, because it fits perfectly," Williams, 29, shares.

The couple, already parents to son Kingston Lee, 21 months, had a different experience in the lead-up to baby No. 2 than they did the first time around.
"This pregnancy was the complete opposite from my first in every way! I spent the first two trimesters extremely sick with nausea. Things got easier toward the end for the better," Williams shares.
"I spent lots of time preparing for a VBAC and having fun with the whole 'Team Green' experience," she continues, referring to their decision to wait until birth to find out the sex of the baby.
"It turns out all the old wives tales we did was correct because they all said we were having a girl!" she laughs.
While Williams was hoping to have a vaginal birth, things didn't go quite as she anticipated.
"We had an unsuccessful VBAC. I was a little disappointed because I was looking forward to it," she shares.
"So far recovery has been much rougher than my first time around but I’m hanging in there. The best part of my birthing experience was finding out I’m officially a girl mom! It was totally worth the wait and I encourage other parents to be Team Green at least once!"
Williams applauded Garrett, 38, for how dedicated he is as a dad, noting, "He loves and adores the fact that we are now a family of four with two healthy and beautiful children. He was so happy for me because he knew how bad I wanted a girl!"
The couple, now settling into life as a family of four, is excited to see the relationship between their little ones blossom.
"I’m excited to live in each and every moment of watching my children grow, and looking forward to each and every stage that motherhood has to offer!" Williams says.
The couple, who met on season 31 of The Challenge: Vendettas in 2018, began dating a year after the series aired. They both rose to fame on other reality shows: Williams went looking for love on Are You The One? in 2017, while Garrett made his reality TV debut on The Real World: Las Vegas in 2011.
Williams described their relationship as a love she’d been “waiting so long for” in a sweet post on their first anniversary in August 2020.
"Happy anniversary❤️ lLYSM @royleethebarber 🥰 I been waiting so long for a love like this & happy for the experience of loving, living, & learning we’ve been able to share together! Thank you 🙏🏽🤞🏽❤️😘🥰.... & thank YOU GUYS for the endless support ! We see & appreciate y’all!" she wrote in the post's caption at the time.
