The Uefa Champions League draw for the 2020/21 season was held today in Nyon, with some mouthwatering fixtures set for the group stages.

Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi will face each other in the group stages for the first time ever as Juventus and Barcelona face off in Group G.

The 35-year-old Ronaldo and the 33-year-old Messi had a long-standing rivalry in Spain when the Portugal star was with Real Madrid, but have never faced each other so early in the Champions League.

For the Premier League clubs, Manchester United have been drawn in a so-called 'Group of Death' with PSG, RB Leipzig and Istanbul Basaksehir.

Chelsea have got off lightly in Group E against Sevilla, Krasnodar and Rennes, while Man City will fancy their chances in Group C against Porto, Olympiacos and Marseille.

As for Liverpool, they have a glamorous - but potentially dangerous - Group D draw with Ajax, Atalanta and Midtjylland, while holders Bayern Munich take on Atletico Madrid in Group A.
