Charest says Conservatives won’t be elected without ‘credible plan’ on climate

Speaking at Wednesday’s debate, Conservative leadership hopeful Jean Charest said Canadians would not elect a Tory government without a “credible plan on the environment, resources and the climate.” Charest also said he would “do away” with the carbon tax as it hurts consumers and small and medium-sized businesses.
