Charlotte condo owned by Christian McCaffrey listed for $3.75M. Look inside

Christian McCaffrey was placed on the open market when the Carolina Panthers dealt him to the San Francisco 49ers during the NFL season.

The former Panthers star recently has done the same with his uptown Charlotte home. The running back is currently listing his penthouse condo for $3.75 million, according to North Carolina brokerage Ivester Jackson Christie’s International Real Estate.

The 3,813-square-foot property is on the 22nd floor of the Skye Condominiums high-rise building at 222 S. Caldwell St.

The three-bedroom, three-and-a-half bathroom home officially hit the market last week and will be active for possible buyers on Friday, Ivester Jackson said. The condo also features 25-foot high ceilings, double-height windows and a chef’s kitchen.

If the property sells near its asking price, it would become the most expensive condo ever sold in Charlotte on a per-square-foot basis, according to Ivester Jackson.
