Chet Hanks and Kim Zolciak Have Flirtatious Exchange While Discussing Pimple Cream in New “Surreal Life” Sneak Peek (Exclusive)

Chet Hanks and Kim Zolciak are getting to know one another on The Surreal Life.
In PEOPLE's exclusive look at the MTV show's upcoming episode, Chet, 34, and Kim, 46, appear to have a flirtatious exchange while hanging out in the villa — and the moment, in question, involves pimple cream.
The Don't Be Tardy star lingers outside Chet's room by "trying to sneak in" as the actor lounges in bed, scrolling on his phone. Upon entering, the reality TV vet notices a "love note" on Chet's shelf.
She also points out the toothpaste Chet has on his face to treat a pimple, and the musician then asks Kim if she has any pimple cream to treat it. She then offers her Retin-A.
Fron there, the son of actors Tom Hanks and Rita Wilson then calls Kim a "MILF" in a confessional, noting that he's not trying to be disrespectful.

"Obviously, she's married still, even though she's going through a divorce," he says. "She's still married, so I don't figure she's taking it seriously, but I start wondering to myself, well, maybe she is."
In a separate confessional with Kim, the Real Housewives of Atlanta star avoids making eye contact with the camera and purses her lips.
Kim and Kroy, 38, had been having marriage troubles for the past year. The couple filed for divorce in May 2023 and then reconciled. However, their reunion was short-lived when Kroy filed for divorce a second time in August 2023.
Kim told PEOPLE in July that her time on The Surreal Life had been "therapeutic." The reality star was looking to clear her head amid her divorce. “The Surreal Life was one of the most incredible experiences in my life,” she explained.
The show was filmed in the fall of 2023 in a mansion located in Medellín, Colombia.
“My goal going on the show — which I've never watched an episode of in real life, and I intentionally didn't watch any when I decided to join the show because I didn't want to have any inhibitions — [was that I] needed some time away from the actual house to gain some clarity going through this divorce and focus more back on Kim.”
