Child in serious condition after being struck by car
A young boy was seriously hurt when he was struck by a car in Windsor's west end on Thursday afternoon.
The collision happened near Brock and Baby streets. The child was taken to hospital.
Following the crash, Windsor police taped off the intersection. The child's sandals could be seen on the road after the crash. Witnesses believed the child had suffered head injuries.
On Thursday evening, the boy was reported to be in serious condition.
Police took statements from witnesses about the incident, but later reported they were not treating it as a criminal investigation.
