Chrétien: 'I am not his trusted adviser'

Former prime minister Jean Chrétien says he is not interested in being a lobbyist and does not have special access to Prime Minister Justin Trudeau as some have alleged. 'I am a former leader of the party, but Mr. Trudeau is the head of the government. I am not his trusted adviser,' he told Radio-Canada investigative program Enquête. He said he's only met with Trudeau in the prime minister's office three times and has seen him at social events on a few occasions.
